Description of Striped Vibe Dress
The dress is knitted top down with raglan necklines. The neck is shaped with turning needles. The dress is striped with two different yarns; a thick and a thin quality. The stripes with the thin yarn quality are transparent. In the middle of the chest, divide for sleeves and body, then knit body and sleeves separately. The body can be worked either with increases at the hips or straight down. Just above the knee, divide the piece and form a slit. Finish the skirt and slit with ribbing. The sleeves are worked straight down and also finished with a ribbed edge.

Striped Vibe Dress is designed to fit snugly and give some wear. You should therefore measure yourself and choose your size based on your chest measurement (or the widest point of your torso).

Yarn: Striped Vibe Dress is knitted alternately with a thread of two different qualities.
1) Bouclé from Mohair by Canard 100 gr./170m.
2) Brushed Lace from Mohair by Canard 25 gr./210m.

Sticks: Circular needle 10 mm in 40, 80 and 120 cm. Garter needles 10 mm if you do not want to use magic loop technique when knitting sleeves. Circular needle size 5 mm 40 cm for neck rib and circular needle size 6 mm 80 cm for bottom rib. Double pointed needles 5 mm for rib at sleeves.

Machine markers: 9 pcs. Important that they are big enough to fit on a needle 10.

Stripes: the whole dress has stripes formed with a thick and a thin yarn. The thick yarn is 1 strand boucle from Mohair by Canard. The thin yarn is 1 strand Brushed Lace. The stripes are formed with 4 rounds with the thick yarn and 2 rounds with the thin yarn throughout the dress.

Knitting tension: 10 cm x 10 cm = 10 sts x 16 rows on needle size 10 mm stocking st with stripes in thick and thin yarn.
