The cardigan is knitted from the bottom up as 5 different parts that are sewn together.
First work the back, then the 2 front pieces and finally the 2 sleeves. After assembly work a neck edge. The cardigan has no fastening but a small overlap at the front. You can attach small clasps as a hidden fastening if you want a fastening. Alternatively knit two cords and sew on to tie the cardigan together.
Yarn options: loop stitch cardigan can be knitted with several different yarn options and with either 1 or 2 strands.
1 thread: Brushed wool from Hjertegarn 150m/50g.
2 threads: 2 threads Angora Merino 250m/50g from Garnspecialisten. OR
1 strand Peruvian 100m/50g from Filcolana AND 1 strand Saga 300m/50g from Filcolana.

Knitting tension: 15 sts x 23 rows = 10x10cm on needle size 6 mm in stocking stitch or 14 sts x 23 rows = 10x10cm on needle size 6 mm with loop stitch.
