Description: the Freestylevibe slipover is knitted from the bottom up on circular needle size 9 mm and is seamless. First work rib edge in garter st on needle size 8 mm and then knit with fairisle pattern in leftover yarn on needle size 9 mm. The pattern is worked according to diagram. After working the body from the bottom up to the armholes, divide the body into front and back pieces and finish each separately. On the front piece form a V-neck with decreases. On the back piece work two smileys according to diagram. Work rib in garter stitch in both neck and armholes.

Yarn suggestion: The bottom colour is knitted from 2 threads: 1 thread Brushed Wool from Hjertegarn (50 g = 150 sts), AND 1 thread hand dyed Chunky Alpaca from Knityourvibe (50 g = 140 sts) OR 1 thread Drops Melody (50 g = 140 sts).

The pattern is worked in leftover yarn. Loop length 50 g = 140/150 sts. If necessary, work with double or triple thread to achieve knitting tension.

Knitting tension: 10 x 10 cm = 11 sts x 16 rows stocking stitch on needle size 9 mm.

Sticks: Circular needle 8 mm and 9 mm 80 cm. Circular needle 8 mm 20 cm.

Choice of size: (1) 2 (3) 4 (5) 6 (7) Freestylevibe ties should not have a large range of motion or postitive ease. The slipover is relatively thick and it will be too bulky if it is also oversized. That is, you should measure yourself around the chest or the widest point of your torso and choose the size that includes your chest measurement. If you measure 104-7 cm in chest like me, depending on your shape and bra choice :-), then you should choose a size 4. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one, as the slipover grows a little in use.
